Abstract:
A mathematical and simulation model has been developed to assess and predict the level of user engagement in the system. The model uses data about user actions (book downloads, sharing, reviews, and discussion activity) and gamification parameters. The goal is to determine the optimal parameters of the game mechanics to maximize the system's targets.
