the article discusses the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing organizational changes. The organizational structure and financial condition of the company were analyzed. The problems identified include: irrational distribution of functions, duplication of duties, high staff turnover, decrease in revenue and growth of accounts receivable. A change program is proposed, including the transition to a matrix organizational structure and the application of the business transformation model by F. Gouillart and J. Kelly. The implementation of the proposed measures will improve the efficiency of the company and strengthen its position in the real estate market.
