In this paper, the modeling of the IC of a chatbot for university students and vocational schools is reviewed. The chatbot model and architecture. A possible interface, as well as messengers in which there will be a bot that takes into account the requests of students. The article analyzes frequently asked questions that students have, possible disadvantages and ways to solve them. As well as the advantages of such a solution. The approximate effectiveness of the chatbot is calculated.
