The article is devoted to the analysis of the situation with the employment of graduates in the field of higher education “Landscape Architecture”, the identification of key problems and trends in the labor market of the region, as well as the analysis of vacancies and resumes of applicants. The analysis showed that most vacancies require 1-3 years of experience, while the majority of applicants are either graduates without experience or specialists with more than 6 years of experience. The key factor for success is a portfolio and the ability to use software. The article substantiates the need to develop internships and cooperation between universities and businesses to reduce the barriers for young professionals.
