This article discusses the aspects of improving the quality of communication in the management system of a large industrial organization. An analysis of official data from Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant (NLMK) was conducted, which revealed key problems. These include information overload, inequality between different categories of personnel, a weak feedback system, and more. The author proposes specific improvements to the communication system based on the principles of digitalization, feedback, and improving team cohesion. The results of this study can be useful when developing strategic plans for the development of large industrial enterprises.
