Abstract:
The article discusses the current problems of improving the organizational forms of the educational process in engineering universities that train personnel for road transport. The author analyzes the impact of the digital transformation of the transport industry (the introduction of unmanned trucks, telematics, digital twins, and Auto-GLONASS systems) on the competence requirements of future engineers. The necessity of a transition from a linear model of training organization to hybrid and network forms integrating virtual simulators, remote laboratory workshops and project activities based on real industry data is substantiated. The author's optimization model of organizational forms is proposed, which includes a modular principle, an "inverted classroom" for engineering disciplines and digital tracks of specializations. It is proved that the implementation of the proposed solutions increases the adaptability of graduates to the rapidly changing technological environment of the automotive complex.
