Abstract:
The article discusses an approach to designing a two-level control system for the pasta drying process. It justifies the transition from local stabilization loops to a hierarchical structure using a Direct Digital Control (DDC) mode. The paper describes cascade parameter correction algorithms and emergency interlocking logic.
