In the context of production digitalization, overcoming the "data silo" problem in technological equipment monitoring becomes a critical challenge. The study aims to develop a remote monitoring system architecture for drying chambers that simultaneously supports cloud access and deep integration with corporate manufacturing execution systems. A comparative analysis of two architectural paradigms was applied: autonomous cloud solution and hybrid "Edge-Cloud" system. The methodology includes data flow modeling using OPC UA protocol for semantic interoperability at the equipment level and MQTT for efficient data transport to the cloud environment. The key result substantiates the hybrid architecture, enabling a 30-40% reduction in network traffic through edge analytics and ensuring sub-200 ms response latency for critical events. The proposed solution supports MES integration via RESTful API and scales through Sparkplug B standard adoption. Conclusion: the "Edge-Cloud" hybrid model represents the optimal choice for enterprises pursuing phased digital transformation without replacing existing OT infrastructure.
