THE PECULARITIES OF THE PHOTOCONDUCTIVITY EXCITATION KINETICS IN SURFACE-BARRIER STRUCTURES CDZNS

Abstract (English):
The paper presents a model that allows to explain various features of electronic processes that occur during the excitation of photoconductivity in surface-barrier structures. In this model, it is proposed to assume that the probability of electron capture to local levels functionally changes over time by the optical modulation of the surface potential barrier. The model is in good agreement with experimental studies of the photoconductivity kinetics of Cd1-xZnxS pyrolytic films, which has a flash character under certain conditions.
