Abstract (English):
The article considers the role of information technology (IT) in the marketing strategy of the nursery complex of the city of Voronezh. The importance of having a quality website, SEO-optimization, active use of social networks and implementation of CRM-systems to improve interaction with customers is emphasized. Emphasizes the importance of online advertising to attract target audience and the use of analytical tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
