The article discusses the issues of automating the process of processing customer orders using the 1C software package. The process of processing orders is one of the central aspects of any enterprise, and its optimization is essential for improving efficiency and customer service. The author describes the process of working with Internet providers, which will allow to improve and automate the work of employees of all technical support lines, including employees for connection and repair. This project provides an opportunity to quickly respond to subscribers' complaints, by automatically checking services and solving problems as soon as possible.
