Abstract (English):
Socio-economic transformations in the new economy determine the special importance of the selection of highly qualified personnel. It is modern recruiting that allows organizations to withstand the competition in a constantly changing, unstable environment. Effective recruiting, as one of the most important aspects of modern management, is becoming one of the most demanded professional activities around the world. Successful organizations use the most modern methods of recruiting and selecting personnel, thereby strengthening their leadership position.
