Abstract (English):
The article discusses the implementation of innovative marketing tools for business. The NPS method is considered as an effective tool for measuring customer loyalty and improving relationships with them. Up-to-date information is provided for the implementation of business feedback forms. The issues of universalization, improvement and implementation of new and relevant forms of NPS collection and feedback forms are considered.
