Abstract:
This article examines the pressing issue of selecting and implementing information systems to automate the operations of small real estate agencies. It analyzes existing solutions on the market and identifies their key shortcomings from the perspective of young companies with limited budgets. It proposes an approach to creating a specialized software module that combines the functionality necessary for accounting for real estate assets, clients, and transactions, with the ability to be flexibly adapted to the needs of a specific agency. Particular attention is paid to database design, selection of development tools, and implementation of key business processes, such as commission calculation.
